For my birthday, I was gifted the Ray Ban Meta frames. The only problem with them is that they are sunglasses, I preferred a more feminine frame shape and clear lenses…. and I had just received the gift two days before my 30 day “happiness guarantee”. I had a really good experience with the LensCrafters at Macys. Numa was very helpful in adjusting my mother’s glasses. She had a very kind demeanor and was super helpful.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s at Old Orchard Mall! My son’s glasses were missing a tiny screw, and I stopped by planning to buy a repair kit. Instead, the team kindly offered to fix them on the spot and did it for free. It only took a few minutes, and they were so friendly and professional throughout. I’ve purchased glasses here before, and it’s nice to see they still go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend this location for both their service and care!
