I had a great experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s at Old Orchard Mall! My son’s glasses were missing a tiny screw, and I stopped by planning to buy a repair kit. Instead, the team kindly offered to fix them on the spot and did it for free. It only took a few minutes, and they were so friendly and professional throughout. I’ve purchased glasses here before, and it’s nice to see they still go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend this location for both their service and care!

I am very happy that I came here for frame repair. Martez helped me with this problem and It was taken just 10 minutes and I received my sunglasses already repaired, I am very grateful to him for such great help, because I was really did not want to part with my beloved sunglasses.
