I had the worst buying experience here. I was promised my 2 pair of glasses will be ready in 7-14 days. I got a text 9 days later stating they were ready. I was traveling and went to pickup about a week after and they only had one pair ready. The other pair got canceled the day after the order and the male sales person never contact me or advise about it. I had great experience with wonderful sales person Clara, she was professional and supportive, My compliments to a manger Bryant, who was attentive to my request. Great team!! Also they have very large selection of frames. Highly recommend to visit Lens Crafters in Macy's Flushing you'll not get disappointed!! Thank you for so much for your great service!
