Dr. Shruti Patel’s behavior has been unprofessional and inappropriate for my last two appointments at the Lenscrafters located on 90-01 Queens Blvd. Elmhurst, NY 11373. First, Dr. Shruti Patel has been consistently late for our scheduled appointments. My original LensCrafters doctor left in 2024 and I was advised to see Dr. Shruti Patel. Had an amazing experience at LensCrafters at Macy’s in the Queen Center mall. Erika, the manager certainly leads by example. An out-of-box thinker who goes to extraordinary lengths to deliver. Bryan is definitely following in her footsteps- also went through extraordinary lengths to help me. The entire staff was amazing ( sorry forgot to get the names of the two other associates). The optometrist Dr Patel was also great- very thorough and sincere. Rare to find people amazing as these.
