Do not go here. The sales staff are un-attentive. Even worse, my prescription glasses were delayed for many days causing me to have to resort to over the counter reading glasses to get by. I kept being told, "your glasses have been delivered but Macys has not delivered them yet. I wrote Lens crafters and Luxxotica the parent company about my experience and crickets. Disgusting service - is in a mall they don’t tell you where the location is - they inside a Macy’s they don’t tell you that either - and when you get there 13 minutes late they tell you that they can’t service you because the appointments after you are there already so if you want wait to see if they can take care of you - at least 40 minutes. Horrible and they look at you like you like you have 3 heads.

Long wait time for the doctor with inadequate seating. But the doctor and sales reps were very friendly and the doctor was very thorough.
