Walked into Macys today to get my girlfriend’s sunglasses fixed and we came across a great employee (Elise) was helpful she was informative and she was what a great customer service rep should be. Thank you for setting a standard Elise.!!
Lovely experience, the staff are so nice and helpful.
So far everyone was very nice, it was my first visit there kind of hard to tell right now on the level of customer service but the doctor was exceptional as was the whole staff, great CSR skills and general experience!
