Wonderful place. Crazy thing is that the actual standalone Lens Crafters store in the mall ignored my calls a couple times. When I called the one in Macy’s, they immediately answered, and I was greeted by the lovely Elisa, who guided me over the phone and was very helpful in answering all my questions when looking for new frames for glasses that were not available in any local stores.
