The guy ruined my lens swapping them out to a different frame . I am devastated I trusted them and they did it for free and I understand they gave me a warning before . But how can you be ok with ruining someone’s glasses who need them to see ? And to top it off didn’t tell me nothing I had to come home and find out . I will be posting updates

Only 1 person working in the evening, waited a long time just to pick up an order because she was the only one working. I will go to the Lenscrafters in the mall from now on. They have more people working to help.
Guy there helped me out , good no issues
