I recently took my older mother to LensCrafters after her longtime eye doctor’s office closed down. She was hesitant and very particular about where to go next. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They made her feel comfortable, answered all of her questions, and walked her through each step with care. Horrible Experience – Coral Springs Location Terrible from start to finish. Rude staff, long wait. Glasses took forever and were completely unusable. No one took responsibility or offered real help. Total waste of time and money. Never going back. Avoid this place.
