Very professional and very patient well, you’re picking out your frames. I highly recommend LensCrafters at Macy’s. Turns out they never adjusted my glasses. I’ve called several times. They will not call me back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I always get my glasses from this LensCrafters. Every single employee that works there is excellent! I love my experience with them and that’s why I always go back again and again. Also, Dr Sax is amazing. He gets my prescription perfect every time. It’s great to see well and have nice frames. Highly recommend!

Excellent service Kal Lani was super professional, she helped us a lot and we felt very comfortable being here like always. Súper profesional nos ayudó muchísimo y nos sentimos muy confortables de estar aquí como siempre.
Daniela helped me with the Repair on my glasses and was wonderful. Definitely a great experience.
