I visited the Southcenter store on a Saturday morning right when they opened, and I was the first customer there. Even so, I ended up waiting while the staff greeted other customers and answered phone calls, and I was told they would check their stock “right after this call.” After waiting about 30 minutes, I politely asked for an update. The associate seemed frustrated, went to look for my lenses, and returned to let me know they weren’t in stock.
