This was my second year going to LensCrafters and both times I dealt with the manager of the store, a very lovely and friendly person. I just got home from shopping for this year’s glasses and it was made easy by the personal attention by this man. I sat at the desk after looking around and he brought me choices of the perfect glasses. All I had to do was pick and I did! Am very thrilled with the outcome. Can’t show pictures, won’t pick them up for 2 weeks… ( but they’re black awesome angular cat eyes!)
