I came to this location 3 times, my last visit I came in for a glasses refitting because my glasses kept sliding down my nose. (I had previously went to the puyallup location to get this fixed but the associate helping me just took my glasses, bent them without warming them first and after 3 tries said there was nothing more he could do.) Stevie started helping me as soon as I walked in and started heating up my glasses, bent them, adjusted the ear bend and even added stickers around the nose area so it would stop sliding. Awesome service and fixed my sunglasses for free.
I am not much of a mall shopper, but this visit was well worth the time. Friendly and low to no pressure employees was a big plus. And the frame selection was beyond my expectations.
The girl that helped adjust my year old glasses (Gina) was friendly, professional. I got expert service from her. The dark haired front desk clerk was none of these.
SAME DAY GLASSES > ! *****Eyes Examined, Prescription Received, Frames Picked Out, Lenses Ground & Fitted in Less Than 3 Hours!***** Amazing! Absolutely Amazing!! I found out yesterday that I'd probably need glasses today! Well, they (Gina) is cutting the lenses NOW. I called last night & Gena answered all my questions on the phone - "fully briefed"!
