Came in with a urgent glasses requirement they couldn't help me with due to my prescription being slightly too strong. (Fortunately I can get shipped a new set from home.) They couldn't help me but they were polite, open, honest and didn't give me any junk about it. That's what you want out of a store.
Greeted, then sales person was working with me in just a few minutes. Very knowledgeable , sales process including the device and system are well designed. Went to Warby Parker first, it was a mess with no organization. Told salesman I will never go back and on this scale they would be a zero. Michael
The manager Jay, and Stevie, are both fantastic to work with. They helped me understand the cost details of my glasses and what my insurance covers, and also found additional coupons on top. I was able to get my favorite choice and stay within budget.
Richard took excellent care of me and my glasses needs. Courteous and prompt professional service. Grateful.
I came to this location 3 times, my last visit I came in for a glasses refitting because my glasses kept sliding down my nose. (I had previously went to the puyallup location to get this fixed but the associate helping me just took my glasses, bent them without warming them first and after 3 tries said there was nothing more he could do.) Stevie started helping me as soon as I walked in and started heating up my glasses, bent them, adjusted the ear bend and even added stickers around the nose area so it would stop sliding.
