I would name this lensScratchers instead of lensCrafters. I brought my spare glasses in a few months ago before taking a big vacation and needed them adjusted to fit again. I came to this location for assistance and received great service initially by some young individual who seemed confident in what he was doing. I'm not sure if he cleaned the lenses at the end with a Kleenex or what happened.... Since this service the glasses are basically unusable due to microscratches on both lenses.
