Absolutely horrid service. I saw a frame here that I liked better than the color I bought at the main LensCrafters in the mall. The man here said he couldn’t do an exchange but that someone from the other LensCrafters can walk down here and do the exchange. I told the other location that’s what I wanted to do and they were shocked since they said I could absolutely do an exchange at the Macy’s location.
