Very friendly staff. David put in lenses from one frame to another (that I provided) for free and adjusted it. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location.

In Louisville for a conference and the screw in my specs came loose. An associate at Lenscrafters, Hela, took her time and graciously and with care repaired my glasses at no charge which saved me a lot of trouble. Much Appreciated!
