I went to the LensCrafters at Oxmoor mall in Louisville Ky. I have been a loyal customer for decades. I walked in and Ms. Carol greeted me with a smile and such courtesy. I explained the issue I was having and she immediately went into action to resolve my concern. I was in & out. Left a happy customer thanks to the superb customer care given by Ms Carol.
My boyfriend and I came in because the screw of his sunglasses came out. We walked into LensCrafters and Hela was super sweet and happy to help! We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We will definitely be coming back again!
