I visited Lenscrafter’s in Macy (Bartlett). I went in to discuss my online purchase as I was not happy with the finished product. The lenses do not seem to be in the frames properly and there is whiteness reflecting around the frame. I was waiting and browsing when Felicia, while assisting someone else, asked if she could help me. I approached her and placed the glasses on and told her my issue.
