Excellent customer service! Garrett, Barbara, and Celine were especially helpful in assisting me with my selection and providing the most budget friendly options with my insurance. They were incredibly patient as it took a long time to decide on frames. With so many awesome options from Gucci to Tiffany, I finally found frames that literally just arrived at the store. I absolutely LOVE my new Prada glasses! Thank you so much for the great service!!!
I love coming to this location. It’s also convenient because it’s inside the Macy’s store. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, and the staff is wonderful and makes sure that you are satisfied with the glasses that you have picked out.
I had a great experience coming to Lens Crafters a couple of days ago. The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Brandon. He was extremely respectful and made me feel like my time was valued. He was able to help me out while still supporting his associate through a complicated situation.
