Wanted to share an excellent experience I had yesterday, (12/27/18). I had a lot of money left in my flexible spending so I went to LensCrafter's at Macy's in the Emerald Square Mall. Yashira waited on me and was so helpful and really took her time with me. She pulled some great frames for me, was honest and told me when something didn't look good, and showed me a few frames outside of my comfort zone - one of which I finally chose. Really bad customer service Didn’t get my order until a month later And they still didn’t give me the right amount that I order . Going thru claim now to get my money back worst place ever don’t bother wouldn’t even give them a star
