LensCrafters at Macys has decent customer service but they will try to upsell you BIG TIME and will even try to RIP YOU OFF! I told them several times I only wanted what my insurance covered which was $10 copay for the eye exam and $20 for the lenses. Even after I repeately told them I only wanted the basic eye exam the optometrist conducted a Clarifye exam and charged me an extra $25.
