To date all of my visits to LensCrafters have been positive. On my most recent visit, I was there over an hour browsing glasses, trying on various pairs in an attempt to find the pair I had selected at home. Michael must have the patience of Job as he never waivered or acted impatient while I circled and circled. I did finally select a pair, to my relief. I do hope this is for the correct LensCrafters Willowbrook as there are2 in the mall I believe. This is the one on the end by Zales I believe and some kidddie rides

A couple of weeks ago, I had a negative experience at LensCrafters and initially left a critical review. However, I want to acknowledge the excellent follow-up I received from the store manager, Francisco. He personally called me to apologize and explained that the issue had been a misunderstanding on their part. Francisco went above and beyond to make things right. July9, 2025, was my 1st time using Lenscrafter to get new glasses. Thor helped me to find some good fitting, comfortable frames and to set everything right for the lens. When I picked up my new glasses Ms. Pat assisted me in making sure everything was just right with new glasses and she also made an adjustment to my old frame. Thank you Ms. Pat and Thor for your assistance.
