However, I want to acknowledge the excellent follow-up I received from the store manager, Francisco. He personally called me to apologize and explained that the issue had been a misunderstanding on their part. Francisco went above and beyond to make things right. July9, 2025, was my 1st time using Lenscrafter to get new glasses. Thor helped me to find some good fitting, comfortable frames and to set everything right for the lens. When I picked up my new glasses Ms. Pat assisted me in making sure everything was just right with new glasses and she also made an adjustment to my old frame. Thank you Ms. Pat and Thor for your assistance.
On Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, I went to get my lenses replaced and was assisted by the store manager (I believe his name was Francisco). While changing the lenses, he used excessive force on the frames and also applied heat, which caused cracks to form around the lens area. When I pointed out that my frames were not in that condition when I handed them over, he insisted it wasn’t his fault and claimed it was “impossible” for the frames to crack from force or heat. They have good customer service but they never pick up their phone. They don't call to let us know if the glasses are ready nor do they pick up the phone.
