Rude office staff in the optometrist office!!! Rude on the phone and in person! Would not recommend to anyone!! LensCrafters does not care about their customers or this would not be going on since 2008!
I have been going to this store since I was a little girl. The same lady waits on me each time and always greets me as if I am family. They are always busy, and while I can only say they truly do need more staff to be able to see as many people all day as they do, they do an awesome job of taking care of me and making me feel not only well served in glasses but that they value ME as a person, not just business. I love the people there.
