RecommendedHad the best experience today at LensCrafters Jensen Beach today. Treated very well by staff including Eric- made us feel at home and looked after our needs until Sean could take our prescription. The glasses were fantastic. Fast affordable and great staff
This is my second year visiting this location. Great doctors and the sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful in our selections. I will definitely be returning in the future.
I ordered glasses on 3/16. paid in full. its 5/11 today still hread nothing. no response from anyone!

Received poor customer service from clerks at the optometrist's office. Definitely not a happy bunch, won't be back.
I went in yesterday for my yearly appointment and had such a positive experience. After moving to the area and having bad experiences for the past two years at a different business, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience yesterday. Aaron was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect pair of frames. Everyone from check in to eye doctor went above and beyond to ensure the best appointment. I will definitely be coming back next year.
