I broke my glasses and the staff was so kind to help me try and find a replacement frame.
Very quickly fixed my own glasses (from other place) that were a mess into the great new glasses I had bought. Great customer service.
I just bought three new pairs of glasses from them two weeks ago. The service was excellent. They were very helpful in helping me find the right type of frames to fit my round face. Was very happy with my selections. They were very helpful at explaining the different types of lenses and what would be best for me. I do think they are pretty expensive, but, since I wear glasses 24/7, you get what you pay for.
