went today bcuz of my eyeglass receptionist said waiting period is 10-15minutes, been waiting for almost half our, even how many person just standing in front, finally got go talk to someone, but unfortunately for re-exam since they fully book cant do anything, re-schedule for eye exam, never been appreciate as a customer, I guess bcuz they already claim whatever they need, since im only returning my eyeglass.... NEVER EVER recommend the store, poor customer sevice. will transfer to a better place with a better customer serv... read more
