I enjoyed my time at LensCrafters. It has been years since I've been here and I was quite pleased with my thorough eye exam and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Tyner was very thorough making sure my prescription was accurate. Gabby gave me accurate pricing and was absolutely certain she got my pupillary distance just right. She was also friendly and helpful when it came to choosing my frames.Their prices were reasonable and I definitely left there a satisfied customer.
They are the best! Great customer service and consistency.

The manager, Dale, was very helpful in providing free repairs to my reading glasses. No wait either.
Noah was amazing and so helpful with what frames fit my face and what exactly he was looking at to determine that. He also was very patient with me and showed me a variety of glasses.
