Rye gave excellent customer service as we were in town for a wedding. She was able to help my mom as her glasses were falling and blurry. Thank you Rye!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters in the Galleria! My daughter had a small accident with her glasses, and the team was so kind and helpful in assisting us. I truly appreciate their willingness to help and their excellent customer service. It’s always nice to find people who care and go out of their way to help others. Thank you for making our visit such a positive experience! Highly recommend! 😊
We received amazing customer service from Kimberly! She was patient and genuinely cared about my vision needs. This location has a lot of styles and brands to choose from for any budget. This is our new home for our eye health!! Dr. Vitta gave us exceptional and genuine care during our exam.
Seth was great! He fixed my glasses quickly and was very nice. I highly recommend! 😁
I could not be happier with my service and eye exam experience at Lens Crafters at Riverchase Galleria. Kimberly was so helpful and Seth were both exceptional. They gave me the best Service ever. Vitta was absolutely wonderful. She made my eye exam actually fun. Abraham gave great service also. Thank you Lens Crafters.
