Noah was amazing! He was very welcoming and adjusted my glasses even though they were purchased in the beginning of the year from a different location. New visit on 08/22/2026: Gabriella and Seth were both great! They allowed me to shop for frames while also being very helpful with picking a pair.
Gaby and Tabitha were amazing. Brought in a pair of broken glasses that I had lost all hope for, but they somehow managed to fix it. Not only that, but they look brand new! Thank you guys again, and can’t recommend this place enough!
I was a little annoyed when I initially went in to get my new glasses readjusted that tilted on my face. I went in to explain what I needed and tried to demonstrate by sitting the glasses on the table to show how they were a little off centered. What was said to me was: “the table isn’t your face” and “I’m actually noticing your eyebrows are a little crooked so it may just look that way.” I left with them still crooked. Rye was amazing!!! And so was her coworker. They gave their honest opinions on frames, took care of my insurance and FSA, and I was on my way out. Super helpful and polite. Great selection of frames and pretty reasonable prices
I enjoyed my time at LensCrafters. It has been years since I've been here and I was quite pleased with my thorough eye exam and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Tyner was very thorough making sure my prescription was accurate. Gabby gave me accurate pricing and was absolutely certain she got my pupillary distance just right. She was also friendly and helpful when it came to choosing my frames.Their prices were reasonable and I definitely left there a satisfied customer.
