I wanted to share my experience regarding the prescription glasses I purchased. Initially, the color of the transition lenses I received did not match the one I had selected. I brought this to attention within the allowed exchange period and was able to get it corrected. However, after receiving the new pair, I faced another issue — the glasses were extremely loose and kept sliding down my nose. I returned to the store 4 times to have them adjusted.
