Great service. Amelia was able to fix my loupes. Highly recommend !
If you're lucky enough to have Amelia take care of you there's a 100% chance you'll leave knowing your new glasses are exactly perfect for your specific needs. Not only does she ensure you look good, she knows how to make you see as well as possible with the right type of lenses and add-ons you might need. (I've learned to get the optional insurance!) I could use any number of optical stores much closer to home, but Amelia makes it worth driving to the opposite end of town. To me, she's LensCrafters' biggest asset.
I recently had an incredible customer service experience at LensCrafters Woodgrove with Allison, the Store Market Manager! I popped in shortly before closing to inquire about a sunglass repair as a pin had fallen out of my new Coach sunnies (not even from Lenscrafters!). I expected to have to make another trip back at another time if they were able to do the repair, but to my surprise, she insisted she could easily do the repair (minutes before closing), and did the repair quickly and for free!
