Damon was really helpful! He explained the different glasses and lenses to me and helped me choose a frame that suited my face. He was patient and made the whole process so much easier. Really appreciate his help!
Sept 17/26..I bought my 3rd pair of glasses from Woodgrove Lenscrafters, because of their Awesome service & prices. $250.00 frames & progressive lenses Armani's X. However, the new pair didn't work out. Thus they gave me a New pair-frames & progressive lenses-& a re-check with their optomitrist for NO charge. Wow..Awesome service!!! Thank you so much..I will keep buying my glasses there & referring other ppl..gladly!!! Mark
Allison, the manager, took excellent care of my needs and very quickly indeed☺️ My Ray Ban glasses broke, while on vacation in Nanaimo BC from Owen Sound Ontario. By working with Pearl Vision in Owen Sound she replaced my frames at no cost or inconvenience to me. I am most grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I recommend her service to all in need of it👌
