Unacceptable service. Hostile/racist staff and broken equipment. I cannot understand why anyone would shop at this LensCrafters location. I went in specifically to purchase the Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses. From the moment I entered, the front desk associate was dismissive and clearly wanted me out of the store. The Experience: Refusal of Service: As an Asian customer, I specifically needed to check if the glasses had a "Low Bridge/Asian Fit."
