Took my sister in to get her glasses adjusted and they used to much heat on the lens, and refused to take responsibility and said they were like that before even though she was wearing them all day. Took them to a different place for a second opinion and I was told that they were crazing which can be caused by a frame warmer from an improper frame adjustment…..
