Outstanding service as usual!
I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I had gone in a day before and needed a night to sleep on my decision. Ryan was there the next day to assist me throughout my purchase. I love the option of 30 days that if I don't like them, I can bring them back. I chose a brand new color of transition lens ruby red to go into my frames. Very excited to see them. Excellent customer service
LensCrafters have great selection of spectacles. The reason why I tried the shop. BUT, everytime I go and tests different frames, I DO NOT FEEL BEING VALUED. I do not feel the patience and dedication of the staff, particularly, the manager. The day I had to try on my new pairs, of course I had to make sure it sits correctly and evenly. I don’t want to just come home not happy with its placement on my face. So to make long story short, not a lot, but a couple of times, I had to voice what I feel is not right with the frame.
