Was waiting to buy an expensive pair of prescription glasses...they could've made a damn big sale off me but instead I was kept waiting because random walk-in ppl kept bothering the chick that was supposed to set up my glasses even though a bunch of staff was available. Instead of excusing herself and directing ppl to available staff, she decided to keep me waiting. Eye exam was fine though, just don't get fitted at this location or you'll be waiting forever
I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters! Selam, the registered optician, was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect frames. Her attention to detail and care really stood out.
