The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because I was almost pushed to go elsewhere as the employee i originally tried to get my meta glasses ordered through ms. K i believe her name was either lacking experience/knowledge telling me they were not available to order when it just said not available in store. That or she was reading a book by its cover, due to my tattooed appearance. As she was rude and didnt seem to want my business. Due to unforeseen events, I brought my bent glasses to LensCrafters for repair, telling them I was willing to risk them breaking further just to get them fixed. Despite claiming 20 years of experience, the staff member refused to even try, dismissing them as unfixable. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve reached my limit.
