We had a very helpful lady, she repaired my glasses, for free. Her name is Rav.
My eye doctor was professional. She described the types of tests that were to be done, explained the results, and was able to answer any of my questions in a confident manner. I also had a positive experience with both receptionists who were thorough with the administrative process and Jason who was brilliant in that he was able to provide a product within my benefits package ...overall a very positive experience!
I had absolutely amazing experience at the store! I got very professional service with Raman and felt truly cared for from start to finish! Thank you very much! You guys are great!
dont buy anything in this store they were so bad. they promised to get my item in 1-2 weeks but not true i‘ve waited a month and they dont give you any update or email about your item.
