Management sets the tone by ignoring you and subsequently disappearing never to be seen again. This behavior trickles down to the sales associates who mistakenly believe they are customers when indeed they are employees to provide a service to you. Came in with my girlfriend looking to get an eye exam and some glasses. Receptionist in the retail section was very nice and got us scheduled for the eye exam. Once we went to the back where the exams happen, we were “greeted” by a bigger white male receptionist who completely dismissed us and told his other coworker that we had to reschedule because they wouldn’t have time.
