LensCrafters in the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall was like many other standard stores of its kind. It looked organized in there, but our experience was neither horrible nor exceptional.
I was having problems with my glasses that needed the rubber nose pad replaced. Came to LENSCRAFTERS at Fashion square and the staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Wendy and Victoria who helped me were very friendly, courteous and helpful despite it being the end of the day! Thank you once again!

Just had a wonderful experience with Ben at LensCrafters—Scottsdale Fashion Square. He was so helpful in sizing a pair of sunglasses for me.
