The staff is so friendly and willing to help! I was unhappy with the glasses I chose in march and it was quick and painless to change to a new pair with the warranty I had! Literally the easiest process and was in and out in under 20 minutes! Been going to this staff since they were in the mall and couldn’t be happier with them!
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Osbaldo Delgado at Lens Crafters, for looking after me so well! I had two broken glasses and he was able to repair them on the spot! Even with my wild children running around. I will always come back here for all my glasses.
Excellent and meticulous service and a great variety of frames and products. My prescription glasses were fixed by Scott who clearly projects his ethics and passion for customer/patient care. I really appreciate his help. I am looking forward to making an appointment for my next vision exam by January 2027.
Great experience from start to finish! Dr. Troy Cappi was wonderful during the exam, and Brian made the glasses fitting process a breeze. Excellent customer service all around. Five stars!
