In store eye exam by Eric Dollar was great. Efficient with lots of information about my eyes and vision. Mauricio did an excellent job helping find the frames and then fitting them to me. He was very helpful with suggestions on placement of the bifocal in the lens. Wonderful experience.
Scott was outstanding. He truly went above and beyond in trying to help resolve an issue I was having. He was successful in that and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I could not be happier with the product and the service provided.
Just needed new nose pads for my glasses. They were so kind and changed them out in less than 5 minutes. I expect a charge. It was free. Very nice of them. I’ll go back to get new glasses
The manager at the DNA Eye Group was very rude and unprofessional. I highly discourage making an appointment with them.
