First time there. Dr. Janos was easy to work with, knowledgable, and friendly. Staff were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. I had a problem with my glasses, and they spent extra time with me to swap them out under their 30 day Happiness Guarantee and help me find a better fitting frame. I appreciated their kindness in solving the issue with me. Also, they have a lot of nice frame options and other unique features if one is looking for that. Extra pleased with their service. I recommend them.

I recently visited the bloomfield hills location and I must say the experience was premium. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and from that point all my needs and questions were addressed very well. Also special thanks to Frankie for being extra patient in dealing with my questions and accommodating to my needs, Great job all around and will definitely visit the next time I need Glasses
