Came to LensCrafters to get my glasses repaired. Alexander helped me and patiently assisted me throughout the entire process to solve my glasses issue. My English isn’t very good, but he was very patient. It was a great experience.
I walked in with broken sunglasses (lost a screw) and Alexander happily fixed it within 5 minutes. Thank you!!!
