Fantastic store. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Elise is the best. I highly recommend this location.
Victor was very helpful here, was greeted in quickly and was able to have two of my glasses altered to better fit my head in under 10 minutes!
Always a great experience. Every single employee at this location (Pasadena on Colorado Blvd) is topnotch. Today, Ethan spent a good hour with me, focusing on style, price and best pricing options to maximize my insurance benefits. My only suggestion, and this is really for Lenscrafters, not this particular location. Seems lately you have way more sunglass options than eyelglass ones. Also, please get Tom Ford back on your shelves. Thank you!
Fantastic service!! Thank you Kassandra
