He took the time to carefully answer all my questions and gave helpful recommendations based on my needs. The experience was smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his great attitude and expertise. The staff was so professional and patient. He responded to all my questions and did not hesitate to repeat himself as I spent sometime deciding on my frame and lens features. He was super nice.
Poor service, had ordered sunglasses and told 2 weeks. Never heard anything after a month and then called in and they apparently had been there for awhile and I was never notified. Then when I went to pick them up had to wait over 30 minutes as there was no staff available to help.
Jack was incredibly helpful and friendly, a great experience! Helped me fix my current pair of glasses (not from Lenscrafters) to fit perfectly and helped me pick out a great new pair as well. Thank you!
Save yourself the headache. Just go to Costco. LensCrafters was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I originally ordered Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses for $512. The next day I saw the Gen 2s at Costco for $570, so I tried to cancel my order to switch, but they refused, saying they had to wait for the glasses to arrive even though my insurance wouldn’t cover it.
