Kelley was a lifesaver. Visiting from out of town, one of my nose pads came off. It was very uncomfortable to wear my glasses. Stopped by LensCrafters and Kelley put on a new one for me. She was very helpful. I appreciate the excellent, accommodating service.
My kids broke my glasses while on vacation in Destin. Let’s just say I didn’t come in to LensCrafters with the best of attitudes. However, the customer service that I experienced while at LensCrafters turned everything around. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kelley’s customer service skills are par excellence!

Great service! Our daughter’s frame was broken and the assistant manager took her time to gently repair them without charge and she even gave our daughter a free glasses case.
Alexandra was such a big help today. I had some glasses that needed new nose pads . She was such a big help and it was quickly done and with such wonderful customer service. Thank you for excellent service and I am a happy customer!
