Lost a screw out of my Ray-Ban‘s that I just purchased about three weeks ago at LensCrafters in Ohio. The women in there couldn’t have been nicer! Fixed the problem and tightened up all the other screws on my glasses. I would definitely stop in here again!
Kelley was a lifesaver. Visiting from out of town, one of my nose pads came off. It was very uncomfortable to wear my glasses. Stopped by LensCrafters and Kelley put on a new one for me. She was very helpful. I appreciate the excellent, accommodating service.
My kids broke my glasses while on vacation in Destin. Let’s just say I didn’t come in to LensCrafters with the best of attitudes.
