This store is way better than the other Lenscrafters purchased 4 diff times and staff is more accommodating and waits patiently while you look around to choose your frame. They provide good suggestions when you ask what's the best option on lenses & frames that will fit you perfectly.
I have purchased glasses here many times over the years. I have always found the staff helpful, great customer service and most importantly, good prices. Go see Saadia, she's the best!
What a great team at this Lens Crafters Richmond Centre mall location! Cliff walked me through the whole process, of getting prescription polarized Rayban sunglasses. Also they told me, at this location only there was 50% off on lenses and frames. Therefore, what would be close to $850, was knocked down to $430 out the door.
