I lost my glasses and needed a new pair asap. Travis helped me out by showing several pairs they had in the store. The pair I wanted wasn't in stock in the store, but he said he could order them. So, Travis placed the order, took my prescription information, provided me with a breakdown of the price of the glasses with different options, and I was on my way quick and easy. If you would have asked me yesterday, I would have given them a 5star. I have ordered several glasses from here. Some have had to be remade for different reasons (2) or I had to trade some out for different reasons (2). They were always willing to work with me. Today I went in bc I wasn’t LOVING my new glasses. I had them adjust 4xs in less than a month and I just couldn’t get them to fit right without hurting my ears or sliding down. I told the lady working with me, I just need to love them.
