I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Sonia. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. Her customer service was outstanding—she took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with my choices, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. Michelle is such a sweetheart! She was very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out some cute frames. Ordering was such a breeze! I’m really glad I came to this location. They also have a large selection of frames to fit any budget.
Won't be back
Stopped in today to ask about nose pad replacement. The lady replaced them for free and was extremely helpful with letting us know they’re here whenever we need them for our next eye appointment and glasses/contacts. Would highly recommend giving them a try!
