This branch of LensCrafters has earned my gratitude for fixing a broken nose-pad on pair of glasses within 15 minutes and at no charge. I also think that the fixed pair fits better than before. Very helpful and friendly people work there !
This was my first visit to this Len Crafters Store. A very good experience. I will definitely come back. Ms Merali listened to my eyeglass puzzles and was most helpful in finding two solutions to my current eyeglass puzzles. She provided very good explanations, leading to my purchase of one pair of eyeglasse and the repair of a second pair of eyeglasses. Had a great visit here at Lens Crafters South Surrey branch. Shoutout to Aleena and Priya! They were so helpful and knowledgeable regarding eyewear. They’re so accomodating and very delightful.
