The magician person under the name of Lee was very helpful and return back my vision by fixing my frame in 1 minute and 10 seconds. Highly recommended store and the specialty Mr Lee
Ander was very helpful in repairing and cleaning my grandmothers glasses.
Both doctors office and after sale were not impressed. Called 3 times for doctor referral. First time, they said they will call back. Never have. 2nd time they said they saw the doctor note will have to wait until the doctor came back into the office. I asked if I have to make appointment with the doctor for her to give me referral. She said no, it is not necessary. So I didn’t make appointment. I waited. Andor was very professional and helpful. And knowledgeable.
Chandler adjusted my glasses patiently (I'm a senior) because I have an ear 1/4 inch lower than the other. Never had any of my past glasses been adjusted the way he did it. Fits comfortably and he made sure it wouldn't fall off my face. This is what I call customer service. Awaiting 2 more pairs.
