— Weeks of runaround, problem still unresolved I've worn progressive lenses for over 4 years and have never had an issue like this until now. I went to LensCrafters Kirkland for a new pair and was upsold on the premium Varilux brand, which the optician assured me offered the best field of coverage. What a delightful lady named Bunny who received me with a beautiful smile and then looked after me with a small repair of my sunglasses and that too, without any charge. Rylee was such a big help! The other stores I went to, I just ended up confused and frustrated, but here was a completely different story. I was able to understand and feel welcome even when I asked questions. I can’t express how easy it was to get the help and information I needed!
I am so grateful that Jeannie took the time to help me pick out the best glasses for me. The entire staff, front and back, are amazing and make you feel at ease.
