I will NEVER go to this location again. I felt like I was getting a runaround when it came to picking up my eyeglasses. I was told that they were available for pickup, and then when I got there to pick them up, they couldn't seem to find them. The energy was dismissive. I'm not sure if she was the manager for the day, but the whispering in front of me as the customer was rude and unsettling. I just needed my glasses to see. Moving forward, I will just never go to this location again.
Came by for a frame adjustment, staff was quick, friendly and extremely helpful.

Called to get an update on my glasses. They hung up on me twice and stated they don't have my glasses that I have a notification arrived today.
