Lens Crafters came through with another positive experience! The doctor was knowledgeable and informative. The front counter person and the exam assistant were especially helpful!
I came in to Lenscrafters on the Plaza today for an eye exam and to get a new set of lenses for existing frames. After my eye exam with Dr. Heim (sp?), I worked with sales associate Karla Gutierrez and she walked me through all of the options with insurance or promotions, and I decided with her help that it made sense for me to get a complete set of glasses for not much more than it would have cost to simply replace lenses. Karla guided me through the process. I highly recommend her and the Plaza Lenscrafters store!
Wow, great service. I had the opportunity to come in and select my annual pair of designer glasses! The process was seamless I came I left within 30 minutes Kathy was an absolute delight. The energy of the store keeps my family and I returning here every year!
