Very passive aggressive reception staff. They are happy to tell you they are not interested in your business in a very friendly voice.
Dr. Nolton is very personable and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimum and office staff was very pleasant and courteous.
Good service
First visit was great but same brand of contacts not ordered and are not comfortable. When I called, instead of changing me to what we knew fit they said I had to come back in and pay for another visit. Not right when I knew what I needed. Will never go there again. Do not recommend glasses/contact service. Dr. Great.
Conveniently located just outside of Macy's, this full service center has knowledgable staff, a wide selection of frames and reasonable sales - especially the 50% off sale on lenses (for those of us who are near blind) with the purchase of a frame. Staff is expereinced and will politely guide you through the process of obtaining your glasses. I've been a patient of the doctor for a long time. I think he's the most caring, professional,his staff is incredible.
Dr. Bordash is amazing! He has been my optometrist for nearly 10 years and I would never consider going to anyone else. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy. He ordered me 5 different pairs of trial contacts just to be sure I found the brand I liked best. He also has a great bed side manner and is very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Bordash to anyone looking for an optometrist!!!
worst customer service ever. Think you'll get your glasses, "in about an hour"? Think again. Whoever makes the most fuss gets their glasses first. Big sales with almost no service afterwards. I was given the wrong prescription, and the glasses were made wrong. After being out of the country for a few months, (7 months military duty) and NOT using the glasses because I left them at home I was told they couldn't help me. Had to shell out ANOTHER $400 to get the right glasses. Go somewhere local that will remember you.
Very precise, very thorough. Excellent. I highly recommend her.
