Absolutely frustrated. We drove a fair distance to get my son in for an eye exam and new glasses was something he really needs since his current pair is broken. We hit bad traffic coming down 75th and 66th, and despite leaving with extra time and calling ahead to say we were running late, we arrived just 15 minutes past the appointment time and were told we’d need to reschedule. As soon as I walked into LensCrafters Anna greeted me and made me feel welcomed. After I got my eye exam done and went to look at glasses she was quick to come help. She helped me understand the questions I was asking. She was just very helpful and kind. If I can give ten stars i would.
The place is clean and spacious and has many selections of eyeglasses. The employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
We have been coming to millwoods lens crafters last 7 years, today we came to get glass for our kids. Kim the sales lady took care of sales part. While we were waiting for glass measurements the the other person was not helpful, very rude Karla came to help she move to other customer to help She was very rude and disrespectful , we waited for than 1 hour to get glass messurement. KARLA started arguing with co worker about discount she has offered to us,she asked waht is the age of our kids, The discount applied was incorrect... read more
