Worst experience ever I had. Poor customer service and wastage of time.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Natasha. She kindly helped me replace the nose pads on my safety glasses, and I really appreciate the time and care she took to help me. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Thank you, Natasha, for your excellent customer service. Your help meant a lot to me!
I went to LensCrafters in Millwoods Town Centre, and was helped right away by Arshvir. She was very knowledgable, patient and kind. Great at multitasking helping others as well, but she was always there if I needed any help. The process was fast easy and seamless. Thank you Arshvir, you are great at what you do! I will definitely be coming back here for my next pair :)
Very welcoming and professional staff. Dr Palak Sandhu was just great and made my daughter feel at ease for the eye exam. Anna at Lenscrafters was extremely warm and welcoming and assisted us through the process of selection and ordering the glasses. Overall, had a very positive experience at Millwoods Eye Care and LensCrafters and highly recommend them for vision care in Edmonton.
