First id like to say that Dr Alexander's aswell as the reception and sales associate Brenda were absolutely fantastic and helpful in giving my wife the help and information of her options for not only her glasses but what her options were for what procedures she could consider to improve her eye sight for the long term. However one of the sales associates was very inconsiderate of my wife feelings and made some rude comments that had my wife on the verge of tears. My time here was genuinely pleasant and received an exemplary service. From the moment I walked in, Qiana was very welcoming. Moreover, she was really helpful when I was deciding which frames and lenses to get, and in explaining the choices I was offered. The process was smooth and I would definitely recommend!
