The staff here was incredibly welcoming and efficient from the moment I walked in together with my husband. The doctor was fantastic. I went into Len Crafters inquiring about getting transition lenses that were bifocals. I was greeted straight away and was happily surprised thy did them. The lady named Bailey helped me pic some frames and then left me and my friend to look around. Store becsme buy but two there workers were able to help me. One gave opinion which out of the two frames I chose he liked. Other lady gave me quotes for both frames. After going home and thinking about glasses I ended up going back in and purchasing glasses. We were greeted in a friendly manner as soon as we walked thru the door. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to purchase my Rec Specs sports glasses in a timely fashion. Overall a great experience.
Staff is so helpful and friendly every time we visit to get glasses. They are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make it a great experience for the whole family.
