This is my third time buying glasses from LensCrafters at Bayshore Mall in the past five years. I’m very satisfied with the quality, the professional and knowledgeable service that I recieved from staff and especially from Termeh. Always a pleasant experience – definitely deserves 5 st
Despite being my back.up.pair of glasses and rarely used. The Rayban lenses started to develop delamination in the form of wavy worms.all over the lenses. These are progressive bifocal lenses that were really expensive, but despite this the sales person said there was nothing that could be done to replace the lenses except a $600 purchase of new frames and lenses. Clearly, Lense crafters has no after sale service on what are high end items. They are not worth the convenience. They are great at selling, terrible at service.
Absolutely recommend Lens Crafters! They are amazing to deal with!
