Absolutely amazing, I had nose piece fall off of my glasses, that i purchased elsewhere, and they replaced both nose pieces free of charge. They also tightened the loose screws on the frames and cleaned them afterwards.

Dr Sandhu and her staff at the Bayshore Optometric Clinic are professional, caring, and welcoming. I was comfortable to ask questions and discuss health issues. Had a great experience at LensCrafters Bayshore! I got both my glasses and contacts sorted out within two weeks, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Special shoutout to Maha! I hadn’t worn contacts in about 3 years and thought I’d be fine putting them in during the trial, but I struggled a bit. She was so patient and helpful and showed me a much easier way to do it. Really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this location!
