Chantal at the Bayshore location was absolutely amazing. I’ve been buying my glasses at LensCrafters my whole life and the time I changed prescriptions I decided to try Progressive lenses as the variance between my farsighted and nearsighted vision was increasing. A different associate put me in Progressive lenses but ended up needing a different type if lense to better suit my needs and even though I was outside of the 30 day trial period they still provided the change at no extra charge!!
