I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to William. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different frame and lens options, along with all the features available. He helped me find a pair that suited me well without making me feel rushed. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thank you, William, for your help and I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for new glasses!
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with LensCrafters at Bayshore Centre. I placed an order at the beginning of January and was promised a 14-day turnaround. I left my Christian Dior frames with the store because I was relocating internationally and needed the glasses completed on time. Instead, I spent weeks chasing updates, repeatedly calling the store, being unable to reach anyone, and dealing with associates who could not provide answers or connect me with management. I came in for an eye exam and was asked if I’m interested in contact lenses. I said yes and was given a contact lens consult without being told it will be charged as an extra on top of the exam. At my usual optometrist, contact lens consults are free :/ sad day :(
