Chantal at the Bayshore location was absolutely amazing. I’ve been buying my glasses at LensCrafters my whole life and the time I changed prescriptions I decided to try Progressive lenses as the variance between my farsighted and nearsighted vision was increasing. A different associate put me in Progressive lenses but ended up needing a different type if lense to better suit my needs and even though I was outside of the 30 day trial period they still provided the change at no extra charge!! I waited here 30 minutes nobody served me worst experience ever had
Does not know how an appointment works. Generally, when you make an appointment, you get seen then or relatively soon within the time period, not here.
I never experienced terrible service like this before (no service). I just left the Bayshore mall, I went to LensCrafters prepared to spend up to 400$ and walk out of there with glasses. I stood in line behind a lady being served by a man behind the cash. As she finished I moved up to the counter and, no word of a lie, stood there in silence for about 2-3 minutes while he pretended to use stationary and read old receipts, but for some reason would not raise his head and acknowledge me or help. I picked up my glasses last week and was extremely disappointed. I have a strong prescription, so I expected thick lenses — but one side was much thicker than the other, which looked completely unbalanced. I have photos as proof. The staff were friendly and refunded me, but there was no compensation for the time I wasted. It took almost two months to get the glasses, and their promised notifications were unreliable — I only got one text and no follow-up.
