Salesperson was lovely but the prices are absurd, the wait for glasses was 2 weeks, and when I came to pick them up I had to wait because they were understaffed. I know the optometrist is a separate business, but the price for an eye exam was high and because there were so many people there was a lot of waiting and being shuffled around. Really recommend Costco.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I made the mistake of getting my eye exam done next door at SpecSavers (see below). When I saw how expensive their glasses were, I decided to walk over to LensCrafters, where the prices seemed a bit better. When I picked up my glasses, I was told it might take a few days to adjust, which I understood. I’ve worn progressives for years. But no matter what I tried, I couldn’t focus properly.
