My last experience wasn’t great but they reached out and fixed it.
i had my first eye appointment with Dr. Lorriane Moncrieffe. The appointment was thorough and i an bery pleased. Her receptionist was delightful, knowledgeable about the process. Dr. Moncrieffe was very friendly, explained everything, and i was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I did not use the Lenscrafters beside the Optometrist Office for my glasses i buy online for cheaper, so i cannot speak on that.
