I bought Ray-Ban meta glasses for $700 a few months back and they stopped working. I’ve barely used them and they’re in mint condition. Won’t connect to phone or app anymore. They said contact rayban and rayban denied the warranty saying I have to go through LensCrafters. This even though they are months old with a 1 year warranty . I would avoid this store at all costs.
I came in to have my glasses adjusted and tightened after the original store couldn’t fix the issue. They not only corrected the problem but made them even better than before—now they fit perfectly and feel so comfortable. They also replaced my nose pads and gave the frames a thorough cleaning, all at no charge. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the whole experience.
So called manager, she has worst customer handling skills. "Extremely disappointed with the management at this LensCrafters. When I originally purchased my frames, I was explicitly assured by the staff that I could come back in a few days for a new frame.
