Joyce was the person who helped us with everything. She was understanding and helpful just like all the staff. Overall, great experience.
I usually come here to get my glasses since it is one of the two places that have notes on how my lens needs to be. I ordered my glasses on Nov 6 2025 and called Nov 27 2025 to see if they were in as it should only take about 2 weeks, apartently there were in on Nov 20 2025 for ALL of my lens and frames but no one called to tell me and they kept saying they were waiting for all the lens to be in BUT THEY WERE ALREADY IN. I am just posting to say i have delt with many sales people, but Katarina is the most knowledgeable friendly and best customer service rep. That Lens Crafters has at Masonville she is helpful smart and knows her product. I will only deal with her keep this girl she is aa big asset to your location!!!! Thank you Americo Petrella
