I was looking for the repair of the nose pads for my Oakley frame. the price of nose pads cost 13.29 + tax at amazon.ca, but I didn't buy it because no tools for repairing. I dropped by the LensCrafter unintentionally, the store manager Alana repaired for me in about 3 minutes and she did not charges me for the replacement. After all, she always had a nice smile on, excellent salesperson. Thank You
Customer service was ok but WORST Lens I've ever gotten. In less than 4 months my anti-scratch Lens were all scratched despite using only the cloth they provided. Also, no matter how I clean the Lens they still have a smear. If you do not purchase the protection plan there is no recourse. Lenscrafters stop hiding behind the protection plan & do the ethical thing. No way after less than 4 months a Lens is supposed to be completely scratched.
