This review is mainly because of Williams. He is very patient. Takes the time to answer ALL of your concerns and questions and offers proper advice. He doesn't rush you or make you feel like you're wasting his time. He was able to immediately correct the incorrect measurements taken by another employee who doesn't seem to have the same patience to understand a customers needs. Helpful, quick, understanding, professional
My husband and I had both received new prescriptions from our optician but didn't get new glasses at the time. I received the coupons in the mail so we drove out to the mall. The young man who assisted us was very patient. First helping me pick out new frames while my husband looked around. Once we both had chosen our frames we sat while he completed the sale.
