I’m really disappointed with the service at this store. I have a high degree of astigmatism and went in to consult about lens options. However, the staff seemed unprofessional and couldn’t provide clear or informative answers to my questions. It felt like they didn't really understand my needs or have the expertise to handle more complex prescriptions. I expected much better service from an optical store and won’t be coming back.
Had a great experience here shopping for my latest pair of glasses. Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and allowed me to take my time as it takes me a bit of time to make a final decision as I’m very indecisive ! Even came back to switch the pair to one I liked better which was easy to do. Lots of clean space with large mirrors to try on glasses. Highly recommend coming here to try on glasses. You won’t be disappointed 5
Had an amazing shopping experience selecting my new prescription eyewear from LensCrafters. Salesperson Inder(Inderjit), really helped selecting the perfect frame and customization of lenses and applied all the LensCrafters store offers on my purchase as well, which was indeed the best ever discounts that I came across. Definitely worth recommending LensCrafters services to all.
I recently bought a pair of glasses and had my eye exam done at LensCrafters, and the experience was excellent! The associates, especially Inder and the rest of the team, were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took the time to make sure I found the perfect pair of glasses and that my prescription was just right. I really appreciate their outstanding service — highly recommend this location!
The reception staff was little rude but I ignored it but the doctor I would not recommend. I had my appointment booked between 1:40 and 2:40. Got the comprehensive test so I got the flash in the eyes and stuff done but the person they did those tests told me that y doctor will be delayed as there are 4 patients ahead of me and one patient has some kind of issue with the eye so I asked if there is a delay I can reschedule as I have some other commitments after the appointment the lady rescheduled .
