Oz was fantastic, he has an incredible attitude and was so helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses going out of his way to help us! The whole team had very good work chemistry and the environment of the store was upbeat. Saw the optometrist to get an eye test and they were wonderful over there as well. Highly recommend!
Good shop with excellent service.
I felt horrible after walking out of the store. The rep that was helping me today kept saying “wow, that’s a really high prescription, woah, wow.” And because I know that it is, I just kinda ignored it the first 5-6 times. After that last time I said, “you can’t be that surprised, you work in the industry, can we maybe focus on the frames and get over how high my prescription is?” So he said ok.
