I visited Lens Crafter in Eastgate Mall on Sept. 22. I didn’t have an eye exam as I didn’t need one, but I was assisted by Mr. Harish Kumar, and I have nothing but good things to say. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. Since it was my first time getting glasses, he made the experience much easier with his thoughtful suggestions and comments on the pairs I tried. He also took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Thank you Mr. Harish Kumar for your great service!

Oz was fantastic, he has an incredible attitude and was so helpful in finding the perfect pair of glasses going out of his way to help us! The whole team had very good work chemistry and the environment of the store was upbeat. Saw the optometrist to get an eye test and they were wonderful over there as well. Highly recommend!
