I just purchased my very first pair of glasses from Lenscrafters, Yukta and Jekeilia (Jay) were amazing in assisting me!! they were very patient with my indecisiveness and went above and beyond to help me narrow down the perfect pair of frames for me! these women need to be rewarded and recognized for there amazing customer service!! I will be returning to this location specifically for their service!
Good service only if we buy, but After and waiting for glasses they ignored us! Good only for sales talk . I don't want to go back again.
Adam was my salesman and he was grand. Very informative and very polite. Not pushy at all, which I love. I had a great experience and will definitely be back to purchase another pair of glasses in the future.
