Hasanpreet and Elana have always been brilliant with assisting my family. Although, I have been LensCrafter’s customer since 2008, but we have never had anyone looking after us as good as these two. Thank you Hasanpreet and Elana!
I noted a stress fracture in the corner of my glasses near the arm of the frame. I took my glasses in to have the crack looked at and Lens Crafters took full responsibility for it as they stated it was due to the one lens being a bit too big when it was cut. I’ve always experienced excellent customer service with all the staff at Lens Crafters and recommend them 110%. Thank you for taking such good care of me Ellie 😊
