I wanted to fix my glasses with those tiny rubber things and also since I lost one screw of the right side, I met the representative and explained my problem. Amy was very cooperative and polite and told me that she will get it done and try to find a similar screw to adjust my glasses. I am very pleased with her taking care and did the,adjustment to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the professionalism a d the,way she handled to sort out the issue
I went to LensCrafters because the hinge on my glasses broke. An employee told me she spoke with an optician and that I was missing a small piece but they could attach it if I came back. I specifically confirmed that they would be able to fix it and she said yes. When I returned, an optician told me I would have to glue it myself. When I asked why I had been told to come back, I didn’t get an explanation. The optician said they don’t even have glue. Both employees wasted my time.
Amazing service!! The exam was quick and the optometrist was friendly. Koleta was walking us through choosing the best pair of glasses and was very patient and nice throughout the process
