I had a great experience. The staff is very kind and helpful, Must visit.
Pissed of at lenscrafters because I ask them to put a rush on my new glasses because I really needed them, I was expecting them to call me when my glasses arrived like they usually do. I checked my email yesterday only to realize that they emailed me FOUR days ago to say that my glasses had arrived. When I get to the store they said it's because I opted to be notified by email. When??? I don't even check emails why would I opt to receive email notification? Only conclusion I came to is that the sales person opted for it on m... read more
