Great experience and lovely staff! They were so busy there and still took their time to explain and answer any questions that I may have had. I love that they bill directly to your insurance! They offer a huge selection of designer frames/lenses and they also have an eye clinic right in their store to have an eye test. Shubh helped me select the perfect frames at a price point I was comfortable with. I was not updated anything that I didn't need. Shubh was professional and made the experience a pleasure.
Came in to tighten my glasses. Shubh did an amazing job, and she even cleaned them for me! My glasses feel brand new!
Jeremy took time to explain and helped us to choose the best pair of glasses that are comfortable and look good on us. His patient, knowledge and profession are greatly appreciated. He also did a great job on adjusting my old glass. Excellent customer service! Kudos to Jeremy.
