My partner and I came in to get prescription sunglasses, a gentleman helped us and got everything done. Mentioned to us it would be ready in a week. I showed up expecting to up pickup the sunglasses and a lady at the front said “did you get a call or email from us” and I said “no, but that guy told us it would be ready in a week”, she then responds “they have been shipped, should be in 2 days.
